Terms of Service

1. The service

SlideFlow generates, renders and schedules slideshow marketing content for social platforms. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.

3. Third-party services and API keys

SlideFlowoperates on API keys you supply (OpenRouter, Apify, ImgBB, Buffer). You are responsible for complying with each provider's terms and for any costs those providers bill you. SlideFlow issues requests to these services only on your instruction (generating content, importing images, exporting renders, scheduling posts).

4. Content

• You retain all rights to content generated for your projects.
• You are responsible for the content you publish, including compliance with advertising rules and platform policies (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and for having rights to images you import.
• You may not use SlideFlow to produce unlawful, deceptive, or infringing material, or spam.

5. Acceptable use

No attempts to breach security, abuse rate limits, resell the service, or access other users' data. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for actions of third-party services.

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; this removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate accounts for material breach of these terms.
