Who we are

SlideFlow("we", "us") is an AI slideshow marketing platform. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use the service and what your rights are.

Data we collect

  • Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers (including your Google or GitHub account ID if you sign in with those providers).
  • Project data — the product information you enter (name, description, URLs, audience, country, language) and the marketing content generated from it.
  • API credentials — API keys you connect (OpenRouter, Apify, ImgBB, Buffer). These are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before storage and are decrypted only server-side, only to perform the actions you request.
  • Performance data — engagement metrics (views, likes, comments, shares, saves) for posts you publish, retrieved from your connected publishing provider.

How we use it

  • To operate your account and store your projects.
  • To generate content: your project description is sent to the AI model you selected via OpenRouter, using your own API key.
  • To import images you request from Pinterest via Apify, using your own token.
  • To host rendered slideshow images on ImgBB and schedule posts via Buffer, using your own keys.
  • To improve your own results: engagement metrics tune your project's Brain. We do not train models on your data.

Third-party processors

Data is processed by Supabase (database, authentication, file storage), Vercel (hosting), and — only when you connect them — OpenRouter, Apify, ImgBB and Buffer. Content you publish or upload to these services is governed by their respective policies.

Retention and deletion

Your data is retained while your account exists. You can export everything from Settings → Account → Export data, and permanently delete your account and all associated data (projects, brains, slideshows, rendered images, API keys) from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, export and erase your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. The export and delete tools in Settings satisfy most requests instantly; for anything else, contact us.
